Upcoming Litters

Our upcoming litters are offered first to approved families on our waitlist. Placement is based on waitlist order, puppy availability, and the best temperament match for each home—not simply on who chooses first.

Interested families should begin by reviewing Our Puppy Process and completing the Puppy Request Form. Once your request is approved and your deposit is received, your place on the waitlist is confirmed. Families may defer their position to wait for a preferred litter, timing, or sex.

Ember × Stoney —Winter 2026

Estimated Estrus and breeding August 2026 • Puppies would go home in December
Current waitlist families receive priority.

Ember— Dam

Stoney — Sire

We’re excited to pair Ember with Stoney, a dog we’ve had the privilege of working with and training firsthand. Stoney is fast, driven, talented, and highly capable, with the kind of working temperament we value. He has also produced impressive puppies, giving us added confidence in what he may contribute to this pairing.

Ember is a speed queen in her own right—powerful, intense, athletic, and eager to work, while still maintaining the level head and trainability needed to channel that drive productively. She recently completed her final OFA clearances and has earned her CHIC number.

We anticipate high-drive, intelligent, biddable puppies with natural ability, athleticism, and a strong desire to work. This pairing should be especially well suited for hunting, performance, and active homes looking for a Golden that thrives with training, purpose, and regular involvement in family life.

Coral × Rusty —Winter 2026

Rusty — Sire

Coral represents nearly a decade of thoughtful breeding at FBGR, and she embodies so much of what we have worked toward: sound temperament, athletic energy, natural drive, intelligence, and a strong desire to work with her people. We truly love where our program has arrived with her.

After evaluating dozens of impressive stud options, Rusty stood out. He qualified for the Master National in both 2025 and 2026, brings proven working ability, an exceptional pedigree, and the kind of temperament we value both in the field and at home.

Coral and Rusty have each earned a CHIC number, with their OFA health results published and independently verifiable. Both have also completed the relevant DNA testing, and their results have been carefully reviewed together when planning this pairing.

We expect athletic, intelligent, highly trainable puppies with natural retrieving ability, confidence, biddability, and the versatility to excel in hunting or performance homes while remaining closely connected members of active families. We believe these two have the potential to produce some truly exceptional Goldens.

Miley x Ticket- Fall 2026

Bred July 7 • Pregnancy confirmation expected August 10 • Estimated go-home November 3
Current waitlist families receive priority.

Ticket — Sire

The potential of this litter has us genuinely excited. Miley and Ticket complement one another beautifully, and we expect a strong balance of athletic structure, temperament, drive, desire, color, and biddability.

Miley has earned her Junior Hunter title (JH) and brings tremendous speed, confidence, birdiness, and enthusiasm to the pairing. Her water entry is full-send every time, and she approaches both training and hunting with intensity and an eagerness to please. Ticket, a Senior Hunter (SH), adds proven working ability, trainability, sound temperament, and classic Golden Retriever structure.

We anticipate intelligent, athletic puppies with strong natural retrieving ability and a genuine love of working. These should be versatile Goldens capable of excelling in hunting or performance homes while also becoming deeply connected members of active families.

Ticket’s low coefficient of inbreeding also brings valuable genetic diversity to the pairing—something we continually prioritize for the long-term health and strength of our program.

Covey x Ticket- Timing TBD

July 2026 cycle was anovulatory • Monitoring for a possible split cycle • Breeding planned for Covey’s next confirmed ovulatory cycle

•Estimated timing: Fall 2026 or early 2027•
Current waitlist families receive priority.

Covey— Dam

A golden retriever puppy sitting on a wooden platform in a grassy yard with a blurred background of trees and houses.

Ticket — Sire

Covey and Ticket remain a pairing we are especially excited about. Both have completed the GRCA-recommended health clearances required for their CHIC numbers, along with the relevant genetic testing, and their published OFA results are independently verifiable.

Covey is explosive, athletic, and a true hard charger—fast, intensely driven, and always ready to work. Ticket brings a more thoughtful, measured working style, proven ability, sound temperament, and excellent biddability. We believe his steadier demeanor will balance Covey’s intensity beautifully.

Together, we anticipate intelligent, highly trainable puppies with strong natural retrieving ability, athletic structure, rich darker-red coloring, and the versatility to excel in hunting, hunt tests, field work, or active family homes. Their pedigree is stacked, and the pairing has an exceptionally low coefficient of inbreeding, providing the valuable genetic diversity we continually work to preserve in our program.

Covey came into season in July 2026, but progesterone monitoring confirmed that she did not ovulate, so breeding did not occur. We are monitoring closely for a possible split cycle and plan to move forward with Covey × Ticket when she next has a normal, confirmed ovulatory cycle.

Sunny × Boss — Final Litter —Spring 2027

Sunny’s most recent cycle: July 2026 • Estimated next cycle: January–February 2027• Planned breeding: Winter 2026–27
Estimated puppies: Spring 2027

Sunny— Dam

Boss — Sire

This will be the fourth and final breeding of Sunny and Boss—a proven pairing that represents so much of what we strive to produce at FBGR.

Coral came from their first litter, and the puppies from each subsequent pairing have continued to impress us. They have grown into athletic, intelligent, highly trainable Goldens that are fantastic to work with while also fitting beautifully into active family homes. With this pairing, the proof truly is in the puppies.

We have watched these dogs succeed in the field, in training, and in everyday life with their families. Their previous litters have consistently demonstrated the natural ability, biddability, sound temperament, and strong connection to their people that we value so highly.

We are grateful for the families who have raised and loved Sunny × Boss puppies over the years, and we are happy to provide references from owners of dogs from their previous litters. We are incredibly excited for one final opportunity to bring this special pairing together.
