About Ticket:

Ticket is a dark-red, field-bred Golden Retriever produced through our own breeding program, and we are incredibly proud to carry his genetics forward at FBGR. He combines athletic ability, intelligence, biddability, and valuable genetic diversity with the steady temperament and deeply affectionate nature we want in our dogs.

In the field, Ticket is thoughtful and composed. Rather than rushing through a task, he works with a careful, deliberate demeanor while retaining plenty of natural desire and athleticism. He earned his Senior Hunter title (SH) in the spring of 2026 and is continuing his training toward his Master Hunter title.

One of Ticket’s greatest strengths is his exceptional off-switch. He is calm, collected, loving, and easy to live with, while still being fully capable of working hard when asked. He is a muscular, lean Golden with rich dark-red coloring and the versatility to be both an accomplished hunting partner and an outstanding family companion.

As a stud, Ticket is an especially appealing option for balancing a more intense, high-drive female without sacrificing retrieving desire, trainability, intelligence, or athleticism. He represents so much of what we value in our program: a capable working dog with a level head, a willing attitude, and a temperament that makes him a pleasure both in the field and at home.
