About Ember.

Ember brings together two of our foundational FBGR lines. Her dam is Bizzy, one of our original females, and her grandmother is Birdie. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch the qualities we value in those dogs carry forward into this little firecracker.

Ember earned her Junior Hunter title (JH) in 2025 and has tremendous drive, speed, and natural desire. She is a true team player who loves having a job and is always eager to work with her handler. At the same time, she is a wonderful family dog and lives with one of our partner families, where she is deeply loved by their young children.

She is a striking dark-red Golden with a lean, athletic build and plenty of speed. Her practical, moderate coat is well suited for time in the field, and she has the classic Golden Retriever expression that seems to win everyone over.

Ember has now completed the GRCA-recommended health clearances required for her CHIC number, officially securing her place in the FBGR breeding program. We are excited to continue these proven bloodlines through her and see what she contributes to the next generation.
