Covey is one of our newest additions at FBGR, but she comes from familiar and proven bloodlines that we know and love. She is already showing tremendous potential, and we are thrilled about her future.
Covey has a ton of drive and desire—she hits the water hard and marks exceptionally well for a young dog. This spring, she earned her Junior Hunter title with a 100% pass rate, handled entirely by our son Crew, who has been learning to train alongside her. Together, they’ve made an incredible team. Currently, Covey is advancing in her retriever training and learning to handle at a higher level. She is also a half-sister to our stud “Boss,” and her maternal grandsire is “Rowdy,” a dog we’ve successfully used in our program. We are really familiar with her lines- and LOVE what she brings to the table. Covey got her final hip and elbow clearances right at her 2nd birthday earning her CHIC #, and a glorious spot in our program. |
